Osprey can integrate with sources of environmental data, including sources of meteorological information and air quality data. Sensors and detectors are modelled in the system, plotted on the map with specific details on the equipment type recorded.
Real-time data can be received and displayed in the Osprey Web Client. For weather data, this includes current temperature and precipitation readings. Air quality can include readings such as CO, PM10 and NOx. Historic data is also stored, and this can be used as the basis for development of strategies to react to changes in environmental data, using the full suite of strategy management rule definition tools. The data can also be used for post-strategy analysis.
